Our Post-Construction Cleaning Includes:

  • Interior window and glass cleaning, including frames and tracks

  • Floor cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing)

  • Spot removal of paint, stickers, and adhesive residue

  • High-dusting of vents, fans, and light fixtures

  • Final touch-up cleans before inspections or client walkthroughs

🏗️ Phase 1: The Construction Prep Clean

Purpose: Prepares the job site for finishing trades and inspections.

Includes:

  • Removal of heavy debris, sawdust, and trash

  • Vacuuming and sweeping of floors and baseboards

  • Cleaning of walls, window frames, and trim

  • Wiping exposed ducts, vents, and fixtures

  • Sticker and tape removal from glass and surfaces

🧽 Phase 2: The Final Presentation Clean

Purpose: Deep, detailed cleaning before turnover, inspection, or occupancy.

Includes:

  • Floor-to-ceiling dust removal

  • Cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms

  • Polishing of glass, fixtures, stainless steel, and hardware

  • Interior/exterior window cleaning and frame detailing

  • Removal of paint overspray, caulk residue, and surface adhesives

  • Power vacuuming of carpets and hard floors

✨ Phase 3: The Turnover Detail Clean

​

Purpose: Provides the finishing touch after punch list work and inspections.

Includes:

  • Spot-cleaning glass, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces

  • Dusting and polishing baseboards, trim, and doors

  • Removing last-minute smudges, footprints, or fingerprints

  • Final floor and window check for a move-in-ready presentation

  • Carpet extraction: $0.35–$0.50/sq. ft.

  • Exterior glass or storefront cleaning: $.50–$2 per pane

  • Construction trash removal or haul-away services (custom quote)
